Mixing & Leaching
Mixing pea (or defatted pea meal) with a 20-50 g/L leaching solution according to the ratio of material to liquid being 1 to (5-15). Leaching runs for 25-80 min while stirring at a temperature of 40-70°C. The solute of the leaching solution is formed by mixing sodium sulfite and sodium polyphosphate according to a weight ratio of (1.5-5) to 1.

Centrifugal Separation
Carrying out first-time centrifugal separation for the product obtained in step 1 to obtain protein fluid and bean dregs, followed by regulating the pH value of the protein fluid to 4.2-4.5 by using acid.

Isolation & Drying
Carrying out centrifugal separation on the protein fluid obtained in step 2 and then smashing. Adding alkali liquor into the smashed product for neutralization until pH equals 7.1±0.1. Finally, sterilizing, dehydrating, and drying to obtain the isolated soy protein.
