The production base covers an area of 32 acres, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons. The factory is strictly planned and designed in accordance with GMP standards. It currently has advanced production equipment such as multifunctional extraction tanks, high-efficiency low-temperature concentrators, spray drying towers, vacuum drying ovens, chromatography columns, etc.

The R&D center is equipped with advanced testing instruments such as high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, microbial detection, as well as experimental and pilot equipment. At the same time, it has established good technical cooperation relations with many universities and national scientific research institutions.

The OEM customization workshop is equipped with advanced production and quality inspection equipment. In our health supplement workshop, we cover seven dosage forms: soft capsules, hard capsules, tablets, powders, teas, granules, and effervescent tablets. Our current annual production capacity for soft capsules is up to 4.5 billion pieces, while the design capacity for solid dosage forms (hard capsules and tablets) reaches 700 million pieces and 1.5 billion pieces, respectively. Additionally, we produce over 400 tons annually of powders, teas, and granules.

In our cosmetics workshop, we focus on cream emulsions, face masks, and personal care gel essences. We are committed to providing comprehensive solutions from raw materials to finished products.
